Do you cover insured clients?

No, we do not currently offer treatment to the clients who are covered by some sort of insurance. We only accept cash / e-Trasnfer / or credit card payments.

Yes, we do offer free Gift cards and discounts to our returning and loyal clients.

We send Gift cards to our subscribed clients only who are subscribed to our email list. If you have not yet subscribed to our mailing list, subscribe now using the Subscribe field available at the last of this page.

No, the gift cards (if purchased) and the discount vouchers (if awarded to the loyal clients or by any means) cannot be redeemed for cash. They are non refundable, nor returnable. They can only be used for the in-clinic treatment.

Our working hours are mentioned at the end of this page down below. Usually it is between 10:00 AM – 9:00 PM (all week), unless changed.

We take $30 CAD, because we want to ensure that the client will come and to serve our clients better. However, you can use this $30 CAD advance payment towards your overall bill.

Go to the booking page. Select your desired available date and time of appointment. Fill in the correct details. Proceed to the payment. Once the payment is successful, your appointment is scheduled successfully.

Yes, we are qualified Medical Aesthetician, trained and examined under the supervision of experts. Our Medical Aestheticians are qualified from reputable Canadian Beauty College.

Refunds are only processed when you cancel the appointment at least 48 hours prior to your appointment time. In case of no show, or not being on time, the booking fee is forfeited.

Yes, we do accept Credit and Debit cards of all major payment providers.

Cancellation Policy

A $30 CAD deposit is required to secure your appointment, which will be applied toward the total cost of your treatment.

To receive a full refund, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

Please note that deposits are non-refundable in the event of a no-show. We kindly ask that you arrive on time for your appointment, as late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment time to ensure we stay on schedule for all clients.
